Dear friends of the Czech Heritage Museum:
Soon we will be entering the final phase of our remodeling. As for many, the COVID pandemic has had a negative impact on both our timeline and our financial situation, so today we reach out to enlist your support, as much as you are able. It is our fervent desire to display our love for Czech culture and the story of its impact in Chicago and now we ask your help in achieving this goal. Please help us through our current financial challenges and make the Museum a reality!
Adult memberships are $40.00, with senior and student discounts available. Sponsorships (by individuals or groups) are also available at various levels. Membership can be either one or two years; note that a one-year membership will last through the end of 2022, and a two-year, through December 2023.
To become a member fill out the membership application form HERE. Print and enclose your check. Please make checks payable to Czechoslovak Heritage Museum. The mailing address is located on the membership application in the top right corner.

A little bit about us
Founded in 1974, this Czech and Slovak Museum is home to a variety of beautiful artifacts that focus on the culture, heritage and history of what is now the Czech and Slovak Republics. The casual visitor is certain to enjoy the displays of colorful folk costumes, paintings, garnets, hand cut crystal and other artifacts.
The library and archives offers a wealth of historical books and has become a valuable resource for information on genealogy, customs, art, traditions and history of the Czech and Slovak Republics.
